Lolly’s Gold Punch

My sister Lolly is one of the food and beverage connoisseurs of the family, and when she says something is delicious, I have learned very quickly to trust her. I made this drink for a party for some friends recently, and they were raving about it!

Lolly’s gold drink is a classic drink for any event, and if you like pineapple, you’ll love it! It can be garnished with any berry, which makes it versatile for all holidays. I used cranberries and oranges, which looked and tasted like Christmas magic.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of ginger ale
  • 46 oz pineapple juice
  • 64 oz white grape juice

Add all ingredients to a punch bowl and chill. This makes about 20 cups.

It looks beautiful when served in a glass drink dispenser (here’s a similar one to mine!), and I dressed it up a bit with some wooden beads and pine garland.
