Celebrate your bond with your girlfriends with these Galentine’s Day party ideas! Who else loves Valentine’s Day? My husband thinks it’s a holiday made up by companies to hock their stuff. Maybe it is , or maybe it isn’t, but I’m a big fan of parties, and I’m a big fan of love, so even with my husband’s reservations about it, we celebrate it thoroughly around here. Check out my guide for the best Galentine’s Day ideas to share the love this February.
We typically celebrate in 3 ways. Excessive? Maybe. But also awesome. First, I celebrate with a Galentines Day party with all my best girlfriends (which happens to be the main subject of this post). Secondly, we celebrate with a date night out (not on the actual holiday itself because my husband puts his foot down on that one) but rather, the weekend or weeknight before the holiday when it won’t be ultra crowded. And lastly, on the day of Valentine’s Day, we celebrate as a family with a fancy dinner at home where we eat delicious food and share what we love about each other.

I love setting my table for dinner parties, and this one was especially fun. I had the best time shopping for the decor! I love the color pink, and it looked beautiful next to all the greenery and flowers. I added a pink table runner as a base, then threw on some greenery with a garland. I had 4 basic colors I tried to stick to: Pink, Green, White, and Gold/Jute, and I tried to spread the color mostly evenly throughout the table to draw the eye and make it all look cohesive. And the best part is that many of these items can be repurposed for Easter!

I still love the charcuterie board trend, and I asked each of my girlfriends to bring whatever they wanted as long as it was served charcuterie board style. Needless to say, we ate well and had A LOT of leftovers. Check out our spread! Yum!
This is such a fun idea! Have all your girlfriends bring a gift to share. The gift should be something they love and think we’ll love too. There were 9 of us, so everyone brought 3 of their favorite thing and then went home with 3 new favorite things.
The favorite thing I shared was this pack of earrings from Amazon. Here are some of my girlfriend’s favorites –
