Turkey drippings

Chicken stock (as needed)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

Combine Drippings and Stock:
Pour the reserved turkey drippings into a saucepan. If more volume is needed, add chicken stock to reach the desired amount. -
Prepare Slurry:
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with ¼ cup of cold water until smooth. -
Thicken Gravy:
Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan with the drippings. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, until the gravy thickens. For a thicker consistency, mix additional cornstarch with water and add incrementally. -
Season:
Stir in 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. -
Serve:
Remove from heat and serve warm over your favorite dishes
