Creamy, 5-minute cream cheese apple dip sweetened with brown sugar, finished with crunchy toffee bits. Perfect with sliced apples, pretzels, or grahams.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with vanilla until smooth.

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  2. Add brown sugar and mix until creamy and fluffy with no lumps.

    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  3. Fold in toffee bits and any optional mix-ins.

  4. Serve right away with sliced apples, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Swap toffee for mini white chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, or caramel chips. Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm spice note. Balance the sweet with salty, by adding chopped pecans.
