  • Grilled onions

  • Guacamole

  • Kimchi

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chaffles:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.

  • Preheat your waffle maker.

  • Pour portions of the egg and cheese mixture into the preheated waffle maker.

  • Cook each chaffle for about 2 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  • Carefully remove the chaffles and set them aside to cool.

2. Prepare the Hamburger Patties:

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef with 2 tablespoons of your chosen burger seasoning.

  • Mix thoroughly by hand.

  • Divide the mixture into equal portions, rolling them into balls.

  • Flatten each ball into a patty just before cooking.

3. Cook the Patties and Bacon:

  • Preheat a stovetop griddle or skillet over medium heat.

  • Place the burger patties onto the heated griddle.

  • Cook each patty to your desired level of doneness, typically about 4-5 minutes per side.

  • If using, cook the bacon strips on the griddle until crispy.

  • Once cooked, top each burger patty with a dollop of goat cheese, allowing it to slightly melt.

4. Assemble the Burgers:

  • Place one chaffle on a plate to serve as the bottom bun.

  • Add condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise, if desired.

  • Place the goat cheese-topped burger patty on top of the condiments.

  • Add additional toppings of your choice, such as grilled onions, bacon, guacamole, kimchi, lettuce, tomato, pickles, or a fried egg.

  • Finish by placing a second chaffle on top as the upper bun.

5. Serve:
